Build update as promised

I said i would post a build update and here it is
Fuel tank is in (but not bolted in for some reason), diff, rear bones, hubs and driveshafts are on but have a slight problem with the off side driveshaft not turning when i turn the near side wheel. Think the dust sheild it bent and preventing the brakwe disk turning properly.

The interior is about half way finished. I need to get some carpet and i have some green leatherette that i will cover the dash and the top of the tran tunnel with.

View from front. Engine now bolted together.

Another view of the interior and my progress of the scuttle.

Thanks. Took a long time cleaning it and painting the rocker cover but it looks much better than it did

Took me about 5 mins to count all the Plug Ports/recesses in the rocker cover

That might be the vodka from the weekend still having an effect though!

looking good speedy, looking good.

I especially like what you have done with the rear of the chassis, as it is quite similar to what I have done with mine to accomodate my rear end. I guess I'm just glad I'm not the only one building a locost with a fat ar5e!

Looks good but why do i have the feeling that you might have a slight problem with the steering column?

There is enough room (just). I wanted to get the steering column finished today but couldnt find anywhere local that sold the right bearings so had to get one online. The column is made and has been mock fitted

Il bet yours is lighter though. I had to use the engine crane to get that in I can only just lift it on my own and even that isnt far
