Whats the best / cheapest wideband sensor to use in a zetec when logging and can it be left in place when completed.

Hmm I have a self built JAW, cheap but support is pretty rubbish and took a few goes to make a success of it, if I knew what I know now I would get an LC1

Once on the car you can leave in place, or remove its up to you although I am not sure why you would remove it.

Techedge vs LC-1

The mental gymnastics a landlord will employ to justify immoral actions is clinically fascinating. Just because something is legal doesn't make it moral.

I got an LC-1 shipped from the US.

It is great. You can leave it in permanently.

Mixed comments about the LC-1, never heard a negative comment on the Techedge.

I have an LC-1 which is permanently connected to my MS for closed loop on output 1 and a DB gauge on the second output.
It works fine.
No problems at all.

I have an LC1, never had a problem. However I run in open loop and only connect it for datalogging as I think it looks naff sticking out the top of the external exhaust.

Tech Edge would be my first choice, quality of design and support is first rate.

The Innovate products are pretty good too, but there have been quite a few failures of the heating circuit in the LC1.

My JAW sits in a box of other bits of electronic junk, exactly where it belongs.
