Bec prposhaft mounting.

Hi, has anyone any pictures of prop mounting in bec, ie does it run straight from rear to mounting then turn right towards engine flange, or as straight as possible towards engine flange, thanks Dave.

Needs to be at an angle or the UJ's wear quickly.

My engine is loosely on line with the outside body line so at an angle, others have them in line with the centreline of the car.

It really does not matter, look at the front propshaft of a rangerover, these sit at awkward looking angles.

If you are buying a pre-made exhaust manifold I would suggest you fit this to the engine and use this to determin the best position.

Here's a picture of mine, not saying that its right or wrong but works fine in my car.
