Why don't you buy some Silverside and make your own Biltong in a home made Biltong box?

We use John Brash in Edinburgh for our supplies
but a good friend was introduced to wors and mrs balls chutney on the weekend....and wanted to know if theres a butcher on the west coast.

Theres online but we prefer to go and get it.

That stuff you say tastes like tramps shoes is fantastic......the bits I got on the weekend got munched before I got home 22 miles away

Biltong is an acquired taste and not one I've acquired.

Give me a good pork scratching any day

(to be taken with ale of course)
