rear ride height
My Super six has IRS rather than the usual live axle arrangement. The ride height is too high at the rear and I have the coilovers (AVO) adjusted down
as far as they can go. Three questions:
1. How can I tell what length and rating the current springs are;
2. Should I be thinking about shorter springs or a lower rating?
3. Can I change the spring length and leave the shock or do I have to replace the unit.
Sorry I'm a bit of a suspension divvy!

The springs should have the rating engraved on the ends. If you take the spring out you can then measure the length.
Somebody like Matt at Procomp can then advise you what you should do.
I dropped from 250lb springs to 175lb springs but went for an inch longer to maintain the ride height. I kept the same shocks. I am guessing if you
are happy with the ride & handling then you may need to go to a shorter spring to lower the ride height.

Hi
Just make sure that when there is the drivers weight ( or equivelent ) on board that the rear dampers still have at least 30mm of travel left before
they would hit the rubber bump stop. Make sure that the bump stop is pushed all the way to the top when checking the available travel.
