Pipe Flange

I am trying to fit a 32mm (internal) coolant hose to a steel pipe that has no flange, obviously this ain't a good idea as the hose will come off under pressure - what is the best way of creating a flange on the pipe, bearing in mind that the pipe is a little difficult to access?

All suggestions appreciated!!

Cheers.

if its steel, run a small bead of weld around it

Normally lack of a bead is not a problem especially if you are using rubber hose.
