emissions and fuel injected engines.

Ok this is my 1st post, been pouring over this site since 4 o'clock yesterday afternoon and there is so much information, just wish I'd found you lot 12 months ago!

I'm nearing completion of a Honda SP1 powered middy roadster and am now panicking about emissions.

My question is how does an injected engine fair in the test. Is it possible to pass with just a single stage cat or will it have to have the air bleed system.
After several phone calls yesterday morning it seems the rent a cats are a bit scarce unless one of you guys know different.
Its a 2001 engine so has to breath fresh air.
Also are BEC's clutches inherently sharp and I just need to get used to it.

Many thanks in advance.

bec clutchs can be very sharp, but dont take long to get used to. adjustment/setting is critical to prolong the life of the clutch plates.

thanks
that makes me feel better.
Have played around with different master cylinders for months, even tried a cam operated cylinder to give big pedel movement for tiny fluid movement but still seemed grabby...

you'll probably still stall it every now and then !!!
but if you didnt want to get noticed then you wouldnt have built such a beast in the first place.

Yep, I guess so, but I keep asking myself why I built it. No luggage space, can only carry 2 people and you get wet when it rains... same as a bike then!
