Not a kidney for sale
so I can insure this:
anyone wish to comment on the mods - supercharger is non standard surely ...?
and engine is prety well sresed as it is, a 'charger isn't gona help longevity?

You might be surprised at the cost of insuring it - my Cayman S only costs 450 quid a year to insure (OK, so my NCB goes back to the dawn of time, and
it's parked on a driveway not on the street) which is less than my Scooby. I checked how much it would cost extra if I added a TPC turbo kit
(450rwhp - nice) - about 200 quid was the answer from one of the more specialist insurers.

Its seems quite strongly priced. The supercharger is definitely non-standard and such a mod would actually significantly devalue the car in Porsche
circles (as do any mods). In fact this car claims to be kicking out more power than a 996 turbo - which has a different engine altogether to handle
the power.
Also has no hard top mentioned - all 996 cabs were delivered with a hard top from factory, so it should have one and can be harder to resell
without.

pah - hardtop, we don't need no pesky hardtop.
not looking to buy a convertible to then convert it to tin top plus got no room to store hard top.
had one on the MGB but sold that and never looked back.
down side in winter the condensation would thaw and drip down my neck  ... but then most times I was driving with the top down.
hmmmm......

Gosh, how awful. I mean, I knew that renal failure meant your kidneys stopped working, but I never realised it totally deprived you of a sense of
humour as well.
I spent quite a lot of time in renal wards as a youngster, as a result of my kidneys playing up, and I must admit all the other patients there, in
varying degrees of health, all seemed to have fully functioning senses of humour. Except for one old chap, who was, by his own admission, simply
grumpy by nature.
