Nissan Vanette Serena C23

Why is this never mentioned before?

Engines:
1.6 with 98 bhp (GA16DE)
2.0 with 126 bhp (SR20DE)
2.3D with well forget that one

Live axle for the Van and IRS for the MPV
PCD 5 x 114.3

Track f/r
1460/1450 mm

Would be quite ideal, me thinks.

Hmm doesn't sound to bad... although the thing itself is bloody awfull if you ask me... But for the looks of it might be a good donor.

And those Nissan engines are pretty bulletproof. Don't know how the GA16DE handles upgrading. But the SR20DE will take a lot of abuse... hmm wonder what kind of transmission they used on those bricks.
