I am very interested, was planning on doing cams etc in a month or two.
I would have to spend a little time having a look into exactly what I need first though.

Out of interest which one are you going for?

I go for the FORZ/270/425H

It could be helpful to have a read through the Camshaft Selection pdf on there page.
That has actual bring me down from the FORZ/280/450H.

nice too see someone thinking more aggressive than me

what other mods are you doing with that, and what power are you hoping for?

Do you know if newman have any graphs showing power delivery for their cams? (or would that be too dependant on other mods)

I will install a ported Dunnel Head with that. With standard head, cams and 45 TB's RR from Northampton claims 177 break, so I hope I get soemthing near to 200 with that...

I know nothing about graphs etc. but will ask them.

Cheers Volker

I presume that the cam fits the standard pistons and standard followers? (I.e. no cut outs are required on the pistons)
I presume they also work with standard springs?

Also do we also get 25% of accessories ordered with the cams?

I think that's all my questions

I am also potentially interested. I have been weighing up the options and was hoping to be able to achieve approx 200bhp (but starting to doubt I would) running GSXR 750 TB's, lightened and ballanced bottom end/flywheel combo (rev slightly harder) and a home ported head.

Wasn't thinking the 450 cam though prob the 425

Any thoughts or research that might backup or disprove this?

Why do it the easy way, when I can do things my way!

Lars: it depends what type you choose. FORZ/270/425H= Yes, both standard.
In general: If special work is requiered, you will find a note below the cam specs.

Re other parts discount: I would expect yes but need to get it confirmed.
Lets see how big the interest is and what the other questions are.

cheers Volker
