Duratec plumbing

Hi guys,

Does anyone know howto plumb a Duratec. I can't seem to find any info when i serach.

I think i can figure out where the big hoses shall go, but what about all the small ones?

Duratec Engine is fitted, MS2 Extra V3 is assembled and tested, engine running, car now built. IVA passed 26/02/2016

I dont have a heater. Can i just usa a hose instead?

You can buy from ebay an outlet that has only one connection for the radiator, so I assume you just blank them off.

Or like you say make a pipe connection and tee it back into the main pipe, or stop end it.

Blank off the heater outlet on the back of the head and use the return to the stat as a header tank connection.
