piping up coolant system on f20c ?

has anyone got an idiots guide to plumbing the f20c motor? if so a link would be great!
i have a nice alloy rad with no pressure cap, which has large diamiter top and bottom in/outlets, i am getting rid of the heater and need an alloy header tank with cap! it seems like all the hoses will need to be mixed and matched in terms of diamiters,so is this a problem also?

I'm a little confused with what your issue is.

The radiator in the S2000 has one inlet and one outlet - identical to your current rad.

The only difference being that pressure cap.

So, you could install a header tank, but i'd reckon on it being easier and cheaper to simply go and get your radiator modded - get a pressure cap fitted to it.

That way you are removing unessecary headache.

As for the heater matrix - surely a simple double barbed connector can easily negotiate that problem

I have the header tank on the coolant line running thru the throttle body and iacv. Works just fine for me.
