FS: Hayabusa Rotrex Supercharger kit
Just seeing if there would be any interest in my Hayabusa Rotrex supercharger kit
Supplied by TTS Performance
Its had two months use only on bike, removed and ready to go, its as new condition.
I got the upgrade to the larger C30-94 blower not the one supplied with the basic kit
Will produce minimum 250bhp & max 400bhp depending upon pulley size
With the pulley currently fitted it is set up to run a relatively low boost of 7psi which will be around 250bhp, there is also another 2 genuine
rotrex pulleys to up the boost as required (these cost £45 each from TTS)
Cost over £4000, plus I have bought a BEGI Multi role FPR and low profile billet crankcase breather plate with FPR mount at a cost of £400.
Fuelling is taken care of by the BEGI Multi Role FPR and power commander
Stock injectors are ok to cope with up to around 280bhp, if you go beyond that then larger injectors will be required at a cost of around £300 plus an
intercooler will also be required.
Lowering compression is done by fitting a 60thou block spacer, I will include a brand new one.
Kit contents:
Rotrex C30-94 Supercharger
Supercharger oil cooler, all lines, filter and resevoir
Bottle of Rotrex Traction fluid (costs £45 a litre)
Polly V Belt
Bracket mount to suit busa motor
Crankshaft drive adaptor & bearing/oil seal etc etc
Polished alloy plenum chamber, looks really nice
Blow off valve
Alloy up pipe
Silicone pipework
New Cometic 60thou Block spacer
3 Different sized genuine rotrex SC pulleys
BEGI Multi Role FPR & Mount
Billet crankcase breather cover
Its a full kit except for a high pressure fuel pump and fuel hoses, but anyone with a busa bec will probably have a high pressure fuel pump anyway
I have a Power Commander 3r which I will include for FREE which will take care of the fuelling & ignition adjustment if required
By seperate negotiation as it cost me extra on top of the kit price I also have a full titanium Blue Flame exhaust & silencer for a Hayabusa bike
modified by TTS to allow SC fitment on the bike, this cost over £600, if the kit is to be fitted to a BEC then this is not required as its only
required if fitting to a bike.
I have probably missed something out from the above, but if I remember I will add it.
I can take photos if anyone is genuinely interested in purchasing the kit.
I'm looking for £2k, absoloutely no offers at this price as just the supercharger alone costs £1500, postage will be at buyers cost if not
collecting.
