a684 west out of leyburn, i did a job in askrigg and loved thrashing that road. You have to drive like a looney to match the satnav times!

If you are back up there, try the B709, next valley over. Tis IMHO even better. Oh and try not to crash when you see this thing in a field Buddists

If you decide to do Coozer's 1 day ring can you all stop off in Dumfries for a cuppa and help me finish my Avon !!!

If you do go to the Tibetan temple its well worth a visit - there's parking and a small cafe.

Pick just about any road in the Borders to the east of the M74 and you wont be disappointed. Mind you there are some crackers to the west as well. Try the A712 from Crocketford on the A75 to St Johns Town of Dalry. Done it in a sensible car, now want it in the Locost.

I'll second that,I keep my indy in Balmacllellan,my little circuit is A712 towards New-Galloway A713 to Castle Douglas on to A 75 to Crocketford ,back on to A 712 to Balmacllellan- brilliant !For those who have never been to that part of Scotland its a beautiful part of the country.

Me and the gf did a week round scotland a few weeks back.
Fort William, Skye, Inverness, Dundee Edinburgh etc.
Some stunning roads up there tbh! And what was I driving? a 1.4 k-series rover 200 I wish i'd taken the Manta up!
Syaing that the rover doesn't handle too bad and fun was still had.

You couldn't pwn your way out of a wet paper bag, with "PWN ME!!" written on it, from the "pwned take-away" which originally contained one portion of chicken tikka pwnsala and the obligatory free pwnpadom.
