Zetec fuel system spec

Hi,

I'm sure this must have been covered before but after several hours trawling the site I still haven't found a definitive answer, so....

I'm just about to order the parts for the fuel system for my Zetec build and want to check I've got it right.

It's a standard 2.0l phase 3 Zetec black top. I've got a fuel tank but it doesn't have an integral swirl pot so I'm going to run with a separate swirl pot fed by a low pressure pump.

My questions are,

1. Should I use a 1 or 2 litre swirl pot, and,

2. What pressure and flow rate LP pump should I use.

And finally, with regard to the LP pump, has anyone used one of these as opposed to a genuine Facet Red Top?

TIA,

Mart.

PS. Apologies if this has been covered previously.
