8gb sd card for incar camera

Any advice on best card and place to acquire one for my incar camera.
The more i look the more confused i get , class 2 ,4,6,10 and so on.

what camera ?

It could be sd or Micro sd

cheap china.

if its for a digital video camera then just buy a cheap 8/16gb one from china.

there cheap on ebay.......

you can buy more than one if you need more.

buying ones from uk ie sony ones will be good for slightly better speed for copying off but make no difference to the cideo quality.

just watch out of dodgy companies on ebay. check feedback.

Its just a normal size sd for my minidv from dogcam.

SDHC classes are simple enough:

the higher the class, the faster it can read/write to the card, but more it'll cost


but you need to make sure your device and card readers etc.. are SDHC comatable, if they are just SD then 2Gb is you limit

Another vote for 7dayshop.

Beware of Ebay, some may be SDHC, but they sometimes dont work as well as they should.
ie Fake cards of a lower spec badged as Hi Spec.
