Zetec turbo clutch

I am running a silver top 2.0L Zetec with a td04 turbo, 1800 flywheel and clutch.
I have only done 200 miles and the clutch has started to slip.

Can anyone suggest an upgrade?

I saw some folks talking about redrilling the Zetec flywheel to accept a Pinto cover in another thread. Might give you a few more options.

That would be madteg on here, Kev's running a turbo zetec he had lots of problems with clutch slip. would be worth a u2u if he doesnt post later.

Had allsorts of problems with clutch in the end a had a 1600 zetec flywheel drilled and pegged to axcept a pinto clutch and then i fitted a paddle clutch. Problem solved.

Thanks for the info. Did you use the 1600 flywheel because it is lighter?
