Blade-powered Locost with Trailer

Regrettably for sale, and only due to change in circumstances.

Fireblade-powered Stuart-Taylor Locost road-registered on Q-plate in August 2007
Currently has 11 months Tax and 7 months MOT

1997 Honda Fireblade 919cc (Carb)
Lighly-tuned by isle-of-man TT race preparation mechanic (increased compression, kent cams, slotted cam-sprockets, valves re-faced and seats cut) less than 400 miles ago
Full Gearbox rebuilt less than 400 miles ago
TTS Dynojet kit supplied, fitted and carbs balanced by AB Performance using the 750mc RGB jetting set-up.
AB Performance Air-box with K&N filter ducted to AB Performance NACA duct located in the nose cone
Custom-made shortened sump with stainless-steel baffle-plate
OEM Honda clutch plates with Heavy Duty Barnett springs
MK Engineering 4-1 Stainless steel manifold
Custom Chrome Racing Stainless steel silencer with removable bung for trackdays (98dB static)
Custom-made aluminium fuel tank with internal baffle-plate and swirl-pot (6-gallon capacity)
Early Fireblade self-regulating fuel pump manufactured by Mitsubishi Corp.
VW Polo Radiator with 12” fan and Revotec manually-adjustable fan-switch
All-aluminium cooling loop complete with silicon hoses sourced from AB Performance
MOCAL 11-row Air/oil cooler on sandwich-plate with braided hoses
Uprated “Superdream” regulator/rectifier
Stripped wiring loom (non-essentials removed)

Sorry nick, it isn't Pat but it is Pat's car - my dad and I bought it from him back in January 2008. I'm just hoping that everyone who contributed to the build (and I know there are many from looking back through the threads that Pat created before buying it) feels our efforts in developing it since then have done his justice.
