How could i fit 98mm pcd alloys to 101.6mm pcd.
I have some fiat x19 alloys laying about and would like to fit them to the viva hubs?

are they 4 stud?
should be able to find some adaptors somewhere, or even get a company to make them for you.

1. they won't be particularly cheap.
2. they'll increase the offset but at least 20mm.

Otherwise possibly find someone to redrill the alloys?

Remember the hub bore size needs to be modified too or you will get wobbles.

forgot to add, if you are looking at pcd adaptors, there is such a thing as a 'wobble bolt' which effectively has the thread slightly offset on it.

This would allow you a bit more leeway on the fitment, but i think only a couple of mm, so for example would work for 98mm to 100mm

Nah pcd is 101.6 like the old mini's

I believe some people fit the 100mm pcd wheels, I seen one with astra wheels recently but i believe the studs bend and could be dangerous, anyone drilled wheels before?

I would have thought drilling the hubs is a better idea - drilling wheels is often impossible due to the shape of spokes etc

No, too old for that. It will have a 4 inch PCD, which is 101.6mm.

There was a guy on ebay who would cnc up and spacer/pcd change you wanted at a price.
You can buy some spacers pcd changers off the shelf at merlin motorsport and other outlets.
