Wolfrace wheels
I have been looking for a set of 13" x6 ET 10-25 for ages, bidding on ebay etc.
At work we have a reclaim centre (skip trawlers!) who sell of junk at low prices and our painter went over looking for a set of wheels for his son to
make a wooden gocart. He cam back and told me there was a set of old allys and I should take a look - well £15 later I had a set of 5 Wolfrace 13 x 6
ET13's. One had an angle grinder ut where the tyre had been removed by a silverback, and one had the hardened inset missing. (The cut one had all
4 inserts so a little deft work with a punch and hammer followed by a hydraulic press... all sorted)
The condition of then was pretty terrible, but a quick dousing with Autoglym wheel acid and 240 followed by grey scotch and then a bit of Peek, one of
them is looking lovely.
This is a bit like a Ronnie Corbet story, but I will get to the point! The centre bore is 70mm and the base and 65mm at the outer face, but I need
63.4mm for Ford fitment. Do we think that
these will stop down the outer centre
bore to ford fitment?
Before and after
these
If you can keep you head, whilst all others around you are losing theirs, you are not fully aware of the situation

Try the alloy wheel retaillers, my wife just bought a set of aftermarket wheels for her Lexus, and they have plastic inserts in the back for different
hub fittings.
You may be able to get something which is correct for the job.

I used these http://www.midlandwheels.com/Shop/P-1420-SMALL-WOLFACE-Alloy-Centre-Cap.html on my Wolfies when fitted to the Locost with Ford hubs.
Cheers,
Bob
