Zx12r block off plates

Hi guys,

I'm after a set of these:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=230446332716

But they are a bit pricey, can anyone on here make a set up or know a good source?

Many thanks
Stu

Most folk make their own from some ali plate.

And thats not expensive considering the effort to make them in the first place......

X3 Seig mill and bits 1200 quid add on 700 quid for the cnc upgrade then purchase the software to design and output the code...add a decent pc to run the whole bang shoot......then purchase the ali to mill .....fook up several billets with failed runs and then the hours spent debugging the code and tweeking the design.....and all for some one to say thats a lot of money

Bloody hell, your not kidding! £45 with an advert engraved on them
A couple water jet cut from 6mm plate would be a fraction of the price.

Yeah I'm guessing someone on here already has the kit and would like to help pay for it by producing some plates for me

Oh, I thought I needed to put them on when setting up the powercommander?

I'm told it's much easier to get the emissions right with the original gubbins in place. Have to admit not done it myself yet though.

I'd be interested in a couple of these plates (don't want to hijack the thread however!)....
