saw quite a few gr8 looking cars on the A64 scarboro bound plus what looked like a tiger (orange) with its hazards on near foxholes :S

P.s didnt go was working and delivering in the area

Ooohhh, looks like they're making progress on my car. Hopefully it's just a case of putting it back together now!!!

(It's the grey 996 turbo with the rear bumper off in your pics)

Some work I've been putting off for a while. Turbo heat shields replaced, header nuts/studs, header to turbo nuts/studs, header to cat nuts/studs. The heat corrodes them to buggery and only blobs of rust were left.

Also, when I was down getting suspension/geo work done last week we noticed a small leak from the front diff oil seal.

Decided to get it all done in one bash but I daren't ask the cost as the headers/heat shields is one of these jobs that once you start there's no stopping till it's finished!!!!

On the positive side the car was otherwise running sweet so should be good for many more miles after this lots done (famous last words)

very good, looked like it was being done well had a good look tbh not seen under the skin of one, all bolts torqued and marked properly sure it will be nice when back on the road, was suprized how small the turbo's were though and how close to the rear wheels they are

Yeah, they do a good job up there. The k24's on mine are the same as the GT2. The regular k16's are smaller. Looking forward to getting it back though.
