advice need RE air filter
hi guys, i need some advice on air filters. i have a silver top zetec 1.8 running bike carbs, i was going to get a sausage filter from piper and cut
out a hole in the bonnet to let in poke out near the front. but today i got my hood for the Aries factory and after looking at it again i am thinking
of Trumpet sock which would mean i would not have to cut a hole in the hood/bonnet... Advice please (pros and Cons).
Also....
How do you attache the socks to the trumpet?

They have been known to get sucked in and also hold power back. I would go with your first choice.
