Help with email signature

Im after some help

Im normally ok with computers, but after 11 hours in front of this Laptop im about to smash it up.



Im trying to change my signature on my emails from microsoft outlook ( not express )

Ive got text and a logo but when ever i make a signature it comes up with the message





If i go into the create signature rpeview page the siganture is perfect with logo, but when i go into new mail, the logo is replaced by a red cross

Ive followed the instructions and remade the signature in every format possable and when it does find it, it comes out like this




With the image of the logo missing, it was working fine until i hit edit to udate my logo with new products...???


Someone please help me before i go mad

Not sure, but I think it's somethin to do with how you set the display for emails, i.e. as html, Plain text or rich text in 'Tools, Options, Mail Format'. Try setting it to a different one.

Thanks but tried that, its set to html ( the others wont let logo )

for Outlook 2007 (wot I use) this is what I have done - cos I'm too lazy to take screenshots and try and post them here.

goto - tools-->options-->mail format(tab)-->signatures(near the bottom)

then NEW (give it a name) and hit ok.

in the Edit Signatures box, type ur new signature plus whatever pics you want. Remember to hit save after.

Then you must assign the signatures to the email account.

If this doesn't make any sense, PM your email address and I'll send you screenshots, but I'm way too lazy to try and post them here.

Yeah thats what ive been doing, never had trouble making signatures in the past.

Bring back pen n paper
