£50,000 Subaru rally car stolen outside Galloway hotel
Rally car Police have issued a picture of the rally car which was stolen in the incident
Police in south west Scotland have launched an investigation after a rally car valued at about £50,000 was stolen from outside a hotel.
The incident happened some time between 0020 and 0720 GMT on Sunday at the Urr Valley Hotel in Castle Douglas.
The white Subaru Impreza had been due to take part in the Galloway Hills Rally being held in the area.
It belonged to one of the Irish crews which had travelled to compete in the event.

I'd imagine it's either in bits already or burnt out somewhere in the woods 
Chances are the little ball sacks didn't know exactly what they were nicking either.

Stolen to order. No question.
This car was already "stolen" before it arrived in the UK.
Someone placed an order for a Subaru rally car, the thieves new there would be cars staying in the area and the popular hotels they would be staying
at, this was the Subaru they found in the right place at the right time.
This will be in a container by now.
Hope it was insured against loss?

Thats the car i nav in, we had only done one rally in it at the end of the season, it was a new car to him, so he's completely gutted.

If anybody heres or sees anything please give me a shout.
UNDERSTEER is when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
OVERSTEER is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car.
HORSEPOWER is how fast you hit the wall.
TORQUE is how far you take the wall with you.

Stolen Car
If you have the misfortune to have your pride and joy stolen, if has been stolen within half an hour phone all the cab company's locally and
offer a £50/£100 reward. They have eyes everwhere and who does not want a quick earner, probably works better in Towns
Adventure before Dementia
