30th Birthday

HELP !

My son is 30 Tuesday, & I've no idea what to get him.

I don't want to get something for the sake of it, so for those of you
nearer to 30 than me........what does a 30 year old want ?

FWIW

He has a partner, car & home, so no trips to Amsterdam etc.....

Give a man a fish & it will feed him for a day, give him a fishing rod & you've saved a fish.

A Spa? A meal would probably more gratifying. How about a gas barbeque? everybody likes one of those.

Get him a book about building a car for £250, that should shut him up and keep him broke until he is at least 33!

Speaking from experience, I would say that the best thing to get him would be a night/weekend he won't forget.

If you know his mates, organise something to his taste, whether that be paintballing, karting or whatever, perhaps combining it with a weekend away and a night out...

Nearly 30 myself, money!but if I had to have something I didn't really want it'd be another rallyschool day, like for my 21st.not advertising but that was with I think ti rally school in yorkshire,no classroom stuff, just rag crap out of mk2 escorts for the day,far better than what friends have been on since on red letter type days.cars were mainly yellow with a blue stripe if that helps!

Don't you mean 43?

Anyway, I was 30 on Aug 5th and I wanted a weekend in Ireland watching a tarmac rally or a weekend in Centre Parks with my mountain bike, neither of which I got. Bummer

Instead I went to Alton Towers for the weekend with a 2 day pass. Currently saving up for the weekend in Ireland I promised myself.....................................
