the listing says..

sva 2005..

"i recently decided to reshell the car in bright orange as per the pictures
the car is 95% complete it was previously registered in 2005 "

I take it this means fitting the newbody to the 2005 chassis..

Id steer clear, I never really get why some people sell stuff when its almost finished when it wouldnt take much to have to looking 100%. From the outside looks like it will take a few bits to finish it off nicely like MNR aero screen, front mud guards, boot cover and some rear splash guards. Wiring definitely needs a proper tidy up though.

Does it look to anyone else like the rear arches are way too wide?

The rear arches are the new style wider ones, I had the same on my last VortX, you need much wider wheels to fill them.

Later bodywork and chassis is taller than the earlier one, you can see that tub is is not sitting on the chassis correctly with the gaps and the headlight bar below the nose.

I would be asking why it has had the bodywork changed & thouroughly checking for chassis damage.
