Spiral cable

Ordered some spiral cable off ebay for my steering wheel buttons, but it's far too thick and heavy. It's like trailer lighting cable, DOH!

Can anyone point me in the direction of 6c+ spiral cable suitable to wire to my steering wheel buttons?

Theres one on demon tweeks but it's 12 core minimum which is going to be a thick heavy cable again I'm guessing with that many cores. Or am I wrong?

curly cable

hi
i used the curly cable off an old computer keyboard to wire my steering wheel mounted acewell dash.
6 conductors and a shield, been in use over 12 months no problems, i couldn't find a nice small size cable elsewhere?

Seen as though I'm an electrical consulting engineer I may just ring FS cables and ask for a sample Then wire it to my car and divert all calls

I have some if you want, it is multicore microphone cable, it may be possible to get this from Maolin as suggested, alternately I can suggest

Watersandstanaton.co.uk Online Catalogue | Cable & Connectors | Cables, Coax Feeders, Wire | Microphone Cable, worth a quick call to check that it is springy,

or

I can check to see how many cores there are on some spare here,... u2u thingy

hope that helps
