WTD: xflow engine

Hi guys,

thinking of putting a xflow engine back in my car for when i do the IVA, in retrospect was probably a bit stupid taking it out....So... anything considered, let me know!

great engine

Hi Chap,
I have a friend who has a 1600 x flow, boggs bros manifold with bike carbs ,electronic ignition etc ,only problem its in bits, Requires regrind etc to make a great engine.
give me a u 2 u and i will forward your details on to him, he is on this forum,

bearing in mind you're in hants, is it up that way?
was hoping for something somewhere that won't take me all day to drive to.....

Might have a 1700 x-flow running piper cam and twin dellorto 40's had produced 112bhp at the wheels, requires new big end bearings fitting thou.

But why not IVA with a Zetec ?

because with my setup i'd be quite lucky to pass.... plus if i use the xflow i won't need to worry about what engine i put in in the future

The xflow will be out the car in a couple of weeks if your interested thou
