ZX10 Clutch Arm

Guys,

After spending a whole day doing little things to the car ready for the next dry day I finally finished it all... until I tried to drive off, push clutch, snap, stall, limp pedal....

The little ball that "joins" the clutch cable to the clutch arm keeps popping out. Anyone else had this issue or know of a fix? Going to give Mark and Colin at Mac#1 a ring tomorrow but would like to get it fixed tonight if I can.

Photo below is the set up when it is together so you can see the part where the cable/ball joins the clutch arm

i didnt like this on my DIY modified ZX12 setup, all i did was pinch the arm connection with some pliers to hold the cable and nipple in.

Works a treat.

Sorry about my spelling, im an engineer and only work in numbers.

I've widened the holder thing a bit and I have a little aluminium sleeve I put over (which I recently lost) but until I find it again I have a zip tie around it. Works a treat.
