Bonnet scoop

Hi all,
I have just purchased a bonnet scoop from Chris for my vortex. Not strictly needed but I like the look.

Can anyone post a photo of your installation so I can see how to fix. He did mention somthin...flex adhesive but do you just place the scoop on the top of the bonnet, is it really that sticky??

Any pics and top tips, I would appreciate it.
Anthony

flex adhesive? was it maybe sikaflex? in which case, yes, once its on, it won't come off

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

ensure the area you apply the silkaflex to is keyed for better adhesion

take a look in my blog. although a different scoop, the same theory applies. i would cut the bonnet and bond from underside. if your scoop has no lip around the outre edge i would fit one!
