Another Roofing thread (New Garage Roof ??)

Following the disaster we had in the snow the old shed is now almost cleared so its time to get my new roof design sorted...

Basicaly its a single span of 4.5m with about a 10 degree slope
I'm hoping to space the rafters at 1.85m ctrs, but at least 1 span will need to be 2.5m
its getting covered with steel sheets to match the existing buildings round about it (the plastic coated square/box profile stuff)
and I want to add at least a layer of ply or something under the sheeting (just to give it a little insulation)

I'm thinking about using small steel rafters like 127x76 UB's (easy to get for me)
and I'll need build up some kind of concrete block pillars to sit them on at one end (the wall isn't up to it)

then some kind of wooden purlins, but I've no idea what I'm doing with timber design...

What I need is some help with sizing / spacing the timber and the connection details to use for the steel onto the concrete/timber
