Cheques for IVA payment.
Anyone know who I make the IVA cheque payable to? Can't find it anywhere, looked through all the application/fees/forms etc, can't seem to
find it for some reason.

Is it not just VOSA? The people on the help line are helpful 0300 123 9000, give them a try.
I paid by credit card and they rang me up, it was well easy.

one for 'VOSA' one for 'DVLA' thats all i wrote.
