How to Identify Zetec Cams

How do I identify the Cams in my Silver Top 2.0 Zetec with 45s and megajolt ignition.

The Previous owner of the car says it had wild cams and the owner before him told him it had wild cams, niether had any idea whether true or false etc.

Where would I find any markings/numbers etc on them to try identify what they are.

Thanks

IF there are no stamped or cast markings can you measure the lift of the cam's difference between base circle and peak, this may not show how 'wild' a cam is as that's more about duration but may assist and confirm different to standard ones
