Boost problem solved

(Thanks to all that replied). The problem was the air box had split at the bottom where i could not see it. (The smoke test found it), thanks again saved me loads of money as i was going to buy a new turbo.

Mine did that as well, to make sure it did not repeat itself I welded some pins though the middle of the plenum to minimise the flexing.

More tape required this time my rear arches got a bit sandblasted

Was the oil cooler threads cracked on mine causing the leak, new cooler order so should be up and running by the end of the week.

Mark, yes i did its set up as mcxpress and http://www.turbo-bike.net/ recommend for the R1 Inlet 108 deg and Exhaust 104 deg no idea on the blade though.

For the R1 its really easy to slot the pulleys saves the expense of buying the aftermarket ones, Would that be possible on the blade?
