The poor quality site, the missing logo's and simple layout as well as the "Too good to be true" prices are enough to deter me.

Kindest Regards,

Have to agree.

As far as shop windows go, it's pretty naff.

If that's any sign at all, I wouldn't.

BUYITPLAYIT

I HAVE TODAY SPOKEN TO THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY WHO RENT OUT THE OFFICES AT 25 TALBOT STREET BELFAST THE MAILING ADDRESS GIVEN ON THE BUYITPLAYIT SITE.

NEWTOWN BUSINESS CENTRE HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THIS COMPANY AND ARE NOW INVESTIGATING THEM FOR USING THEIR BUSINESS ADDRESS.

I HAVE ALSO EMAILED THEM REGARDING INFORMATION ON ITEMS OFFERED FOR SALE AND HAVE ALWAYS HAD A PROMPT REPLY EVEN ON A SUNDAY EVENING BUT WHEN I EMAILED THEM REGARDING CALLING INTO THEIR PREMISES IN BELFAST TO PAY FOR AN ITEM INSTEAD OF THE STRANGE PAYMENT METHODS OFFERED ON THE SITE AS OF TO DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REPLY.

I HOPE THIS POST WILL HELP ANYONE WHO IS UNSURE OF THE TO GOOD TO BE TRUE PRICES THAT THIS WEBSITE OFFERS.

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

Ashley McDowell, 22, thought she had picked up the bargain of the century with an iPad 2 for $180 (£110) -
unfortunately, she later found out she'd actually shelled out for a painted plank of wood.

Ms McDowell was approached by two men in a McDonald's car park in Spartanburg, South Carolina,
who claimed to have bought the cutting-edge Apple tablets at a knock-down price.

They showed Ms McDowell a brand new iPad as a show of good faith and even knocked $120
off the original price they quoted her of $300, well below the listed price for the gadget.

The duo then carried a Fed-Ex box to her car and she handed over her money without checking its contents,
only to find she had been sold a piece of wood, with an Apple logo on the back.
