If you look at the sold history they are 3.99.
He has probably put the price up because he is waiting for more stock to arrive and does not want to end the listing.
This happened to me on another i6tewm on ebay, ran out of stock so put price up to stupid so no one actualy buys but listing remains active untill
stock arrives.
probably something to do with listinf fees.
