Flitch beam costs
Does anyone know a rough cost for a 4.4m x 200mmx10 flitch will cost. I making some changes the loft and can find costs for everything else online but
not the flitch.

Just price the components and make it yourself. 2 timber joists 200x50 x4400long , one steel plate 4400x190x10 and black bolts to hold it all
together. You can easily price the individual parts. It will be a lot cheaper this way too.
