best glue

Hi all

Actually managed to get some time in the garage this week only to find one of the glass from a wing mirror had fallen out. What in your collective opion would be the best adhesive readily available from Halford/B&Q etc to reattach it into the wing mirror?

It looks like there are 3/4 studs with large blobs of rubbery adhesive where it was attached.

Any input welcome as it would be nice to put the car to bed over the winter with all the relevant pieces attached.

Thanks

thanks for the replies, I thought sikalfex to start with but as it is only in 300ml cartridge discounted it. Unless anyone knows of similar adhesive to sikaflex available in smaller tubes?

If the glue is going to touch the mirror don't use pu type glues IE sikaflex / tiger sealer / etc etc it will show though the mirror after a few days

Hasn't done on my Transit bus mirrors, been glued on with PU all that time and no probs. I'd use PU every time. The bonus is that it has a bit of 'give', flexibility, so less chance of cracking in a bump.

Cheers,
Nev.
