Zetec / Megasquirt Spark advance

Hi i have a silver top Zetec running (poorly) on a Megasquirt 2 EFI controller with zx6r throttle bodies. Just wondering dose anyone know what the typical Ignition advance figures would be for Cranking and at Idle?

Mine is set to 10 degrees Cranking Angle and also 10 degrees at idle. Starts and Runs fine.
