r1 plumbing again 4XV

r1 plumbing again 4XV
At the moment the plumbing is a big mess so I am fitting new polo rad hoses & tank ..I have looked and read lots off posts for the best way of doing this so I think I am ok.At the moment I have a small pipe from the thermostat to a inlet at the end of the carbs next to the plug not sure what to do with this as most post say the small thermostat inlet/outlet should be plumbed in to the header tank pipe. If so where's
small pipe from the carbs go. car was running BL mini rad and no header tank.

do you have a pic of the pipe on the carbs?

on my 4xv there was a small pipe coming out just below the inlet ports on the heads, tapping into the jackets.
