Does anyone know what these disks are off

Approx 10" diamiter

3" from centre to centre on the studs

24 mm thick

You mean 108mm diagonally between studs so Ford fitment probably. It looks as if you have standard sierra calipers probably on standard sierra hubs and carriers. If so then I would think they are aftermarket made for sierra.

Just had another look and it is 108mm across the studs.
