Which release bearing?

Asking for a friend who managed to drive 3000miles around France last year with a slipping clutch and is now trying to sort it before we go again....

"Does anyone know what clutch release bearing i need to fit to the car. Its a zetec blacktop to a type 9, bell housing is capri i think (the starter is on the left when viewed from the rear)."

Hi,

I think the beast you require is a Capri Thrust Bearing CT133 if I remember correctly.

don't just use the QH part number, I grabbed a couple of motorcraft bearings on teh bay, they made no reference to the QH number, and were very cheap, and the correct part if cross referenced. And now safely tucked away, so can't access them for the number easily, but the cross reference should be easy to find?
