Xflow Clutch recommendations

As per subject, can anyone recommend a clutch/pressureplate/thrust bearing set?

bump -- I'm also interested in using a cross flow and any clutch pressure plate info would be appreciated

4-speed E type 'rocket' (or so I'm told). I'm thinking of building a Buckland B3. I know it's not a 7, but I figure there are probably quite a few folk here that know about the older Ford stuff. I'm trying to decide whether to go with the old 1.3 or 1.6 crossflow, or maybe hold out for the Ecoboost...

Rocket box should have a 1"x23 spline input shaft same as the type9 5 speed box . I used an early 1600 Sierra clutch kit with my type 9 and X flow IIRC.

Depending on your needs and budget, AP Racing do a good range of clutch components.
