4 large axle stands
Hi guys,
It's been a while since I've been on here but I'm having a clear out and thought these could be of use to someone.
I have for sale 4 heavy duty 4 ton (4000kg) capacity axle stands for DIY automotive enthusiasts and professional garages. These British made stands,
of 'conventional' pin & chain design, offer a choice of five support heights. Solid steel construction for reliable & secure
use.
Max. support weight capacity 4 tons (per pair)
Minimum support height 500mm
Maximum support height 750mm
I used these stands when building my kit car and they were a perfect hight to be able to get under the car and also left the car at a perfect working
height for engine and body work. They're very stable and suitable for many applications. I also stripped my Sierra donor car on these and it was
very stable.
One of the stands is missing the pin for the height adjuster but I'm sure this would be easily attainable, personally I'd just use a large
bolt or punch.
They are in used condition but they are still very solid and will still happily take the working load.
