IIRC there was a disagreement of some sort with the patent holder so none are being made.

I got one on ebay a while back, ran about £70, iirc.

Worth being aware there's 2 types I'm aware of, one with a little removable brass lock, and one with a tubular key type lock. I had concerns regarding the security (and IVA compatibility) of the former, as it was fully removable, so there was potential to use it without the lock or key.
