convert avi to quick time or view avi on ipad

bit of info need please.
I have a short video presentation to show to a client and i am wanting to show it on the ipad

basically its a 2 minute avi video with some cctv footage.

guess what i cant get the avi to load into itunes!!!

so i either need to convert the video to quick time or run it through an app or converter.

any ideas?

Handbrake, Anyvideoconverter, all work for me as does Windows media player for mac
QuickTime should run AVI just stick it in a folder and open with Quicktime
