For Sale Honda CBR 600 Throttle bodies

I have a two x 4 Honda CBR 600 RR4 Throttle bodies.
My intention was to inject the V8 Viento.
However, I will not be doing this now. (I am also thinking of selling the Viento )

I have everything to inject a Rover V8 except the inlet manifolds.

These are 38mm and complete with injectors, Fuel rails, Throttle position pots, and rubber mountings with clamps. They appear to be in very good condition.
£50 for a set of 4, plus postage at cost.

Loom £15

If someone takes the lot, I will throw in a loom with the connectors. (there are 8 injector plugs on this loom, so you will have enough plugs to match the 8 injectors.

I also have a Trigger Wheel for a Rover V8, and a complete Megasquirt, ie MS, + Relay Board, and a Stimulator (including enough driver transistors for a V8).

I would sell the lot if someone is thinking of injecting a Rover V8.
For info. There are commercially made inlet manifolds available for these throttle bodies to fit a RV8. I just didnt get that far.

I am interested in the lot, what do you want for everything. I am in KT3 3EB, if that would help trying to work out the postage?

tho i see you are in cambridge so collecting may be an option for me.

Don't spose you know what injectors you were going to use and what their duty cycle is

cheers - Chris

Hi
Can you confirm if you are using the bike injectors, and are they the standard CBR600 injectors.
And do you know what size the injectors are and what the duty cycle is, and what bhp these are good for ?

Thanks,

Gary

As for the injectors, they are stock Honda CBR600.
I did not look into any replacements for them.
If you are fitting them to a RV8, then I think they might be OK.
ie less than 3 times the capacity, and about 0.5 times less rpm.
Namley the RV8 is 441 cc per pot, than the Cbr is 150cc per pot
CBR does 10k rpm (ish), RV8 only 5.5K
This would need looking into, but I know someone did it using these bodies.

Manifolds are available form ALtiss engineering and Bogg Brothers.
Neither are cheap, and its not beyond the realms of possibility to self fabricate if you can weld (or get welded) alluminium.

EDIT:
I just collected all the bits, and havent got round to fitting them.
