bmw mini rear exhaust hanger help

morning

we have an 02 mini one and are on our second set of rear exhaust hanger
brackets/rubbers , these are s**t
has anyone found an upgraded alternative
or better ingeniously used something from another car

its the rubbers that are the issue
they snap and let the exhaust drop

Last trip to Kwik Fit there was two fitters working on replacing said hangers and rubbers, both moaning like anything about the job too. Store manager said it was a regular and good earner
