ZETEC COOLING SYSTEM DIAGRAM
After Searching high and low for a decent Zetec cooling diagram, i gave up. i ended up making it up and using trial and error trying to find the best
way to arrange the hoses and so on. this is what i finally came up with, my engine is a 1.8 zetec black top but this should work for any zetec engine,
there is no need to change the water pump so it pumps the other way leave it with a standard pump.

Save yourself some hose and just blank the top rad small outlet that's what I did and works fine.

I'm using an escort mk2 rad and just leaving the radiator cap on and sealing it properly.

My car has been plumbed like that for a few years with no problem, but people seem to think that you need 2 separate hoses for some unknown reason.
